AfPA’s first National Diversity and Inclusion Roadmap (Roadmap) has been developed through extensive industry-specific research and in-depth stakeholder consultation, and provides a clear national plan for industry, Government and AfPA to improve the representation of all communities across the flexible pavement industry.
The Roadmap outlines strategies and actions across ‘attraction’, ‘recruitment’, ‘retention’ and ‘career-development’ of people for the flexible pavement industry.
