Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity and Inclusion in the flexible pavement industry

Australian Flexible Pavement Association (AfPA) recognises the positive benefits an inclusive workforce plays on all aspects of our lives – attracting the best talent drives innovation, productivity and best practice outcomes. AfPA seeks to develop strategies tailored to the industry’s unique culture and workforce with a focus on empowering and encouraging diversity, including fostering emerging talent, women, people from indigenous communities, refugees and migrants, and all minorities.

AfPA’s Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
