Providing direction for the development of the AfPA Road Worker members and flexible pavements Industry as a whole, by facilitating access to knowledge through a high-quality learning platform. Develops strategic partnerships to promote sustainability, Health Safety and Technology within the industry through communication and knowledge transfer.
EXPERIENCE
Tanja has a strong background in the roads sector and wider civil construction world, with over 25 years’ experience and commenced with AfPA in 2015. Commencing her career in the construction industry completing a Fabrication Engineering Trade, her experience and expertise are in the areas of training facilitation and learning strategy development, leadership and management facilitation and strategic project management focusing on business and change management.
Tanja sits on several industry, training and Road Safety committees and is the Chair of the Civil Infrastructure Industry Reference Council.
