To provide an overview of the Nationally endorsed skills sets aligned to the CIII Civil Infrastructure – Bituminous Surfacing

AfPA has developed the foundation of the industry skills card which is transferrable, recognises prior experience and the academies of each organisation. In partnership and support from State Transport Road Authorities, this scheme will identify, train, and provide each worker a qualification in the form of a full certificate or relevant skill set.
