Lise ensures the delivery and communication of AfPA’s objectives and effectively represents the interests of all members, stakeholders and government agencies through promoting the sustainable use and growth of bitumen-based products in pavement infrastructure projects, rehabilitation and maintenance.

EXPERIENCE

Having held various leadership and senior management roles across all levels of Government, private and not-for-profit sectors, Lise has led the design, administration, implementation and monitoring of many highly complex, contentious and sensitive policies, communications, programs, campaigns, initiatives and strategic projects in the building and construction sector across all State and Territories in Australia, as well as London, England.
As an experienced leader with a strong background in research, policy, project management and advocacy, Lise has an in-depth understanding to the machinery of Government and the operations of the private sector. With over 20 years of professional experience and expertise, Lise has a sophisticated understanding of the current and emerging issues in the building and construction sector and an excellent understanding of the dynamic political landscape, policy and budgetary context. She is focused on effective stakeholder management and collaborative engagement to influence, add value, mitigate risk and deliver high quality results. She commenced with AfPA in 2020.
