Course content

The course consists of the following:

  • Chain of Responsibility legislation and its purpose.
  • Who can be held responsible under CoR laws
  • What aspects must be managed to avoid road safety breaches
  • Specific responsibilities for individuals in the transport chain

Everyone who works with heavy vehicles – from the business that employs a driver or owns a vehicle to the business that sends or receives goods. This includes:
